4. Returns & Refunds

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned in their original, unused, and unopened condition within 30 days of delivery.

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
